Идешь в туалет, запираешься в кабинке, опускаешь крышку, садишься лицом к бачку, кладешь руки на бачок как за партой в первом классе, а голову на руки и отсыпаешься. Потом морду умываешь холодной водой и все. 15-20 минут и ты в строю.
